How is the price worked out?
Zumos: A flat monthly price by team size: £20 for up to 3 staff, £30 for 4 or more.
Do you take a commission on bookings or new clients?
Zumos: No. Zumos doesn't charge commission on your bookings.
Are there payment processing fees?
Zumos: When online card payments launch, the payment provider's standard fees will apply to client payments and will be shown before you switch them on.
Do I need a card to try it?
Zumos: No. The 30-day trial starts without card details.
Can I get my client data out?
Zumos: Yes. Export your clients as a CSV file at any time.
Does the booking page show real availability?
Zumos: Yes. It checks opening hours, staff hours, breaks, leave, existing bookings, buffers and your notice rules.
Do clients need to download an app?
Zumos: No. Clients book in their web browser from any link.
Is there a long contract?
Zumos: No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time.
